That woman was indirectly responsible for the deaths of both her own son, and the woman he loved. She is also responsible for Kimiko having to grow up without parents, and with doubts about them, but well. I guess she suffered enough living 18 years in misery, surrounded by relatives who were just like she thought Kimiko's mother was, and having to bury her own son, but I still don't really like this. But well, a fortune is a fortune. lol

Well the background story was deeper than I even thought.

I also thought for a second all those guys died from the grenade explosion lol

Part two of the two part story of a 17 year old high school girl Kimiko Takeda who is the heir and grand daughter of Takako Uesugi, a wealthy old matron of the huge Uesugi Group and group of males trying to win her hand. Kimiko lives with her grandfather Takeda from her mother's side. Ryo was hired to protect her from them. Seems they are relatives of Uesugi and wanted to get their hands on the wealth of Uesugi family, no matter what. Kimiko's absent dad is the son of Takako Uesugi. Kaori used the gold hammer on Ryo. Lol.

Kimiko was kidnapped and the thugs wired a grenade to her. Well if only their opponent is not Ryo. The grenade scene is so funny and illustrates Ryo's superb marksman skill. Good to hear the nice insert song - 'Lonely Lullaby' back again. The act of Ryo as fiancee of Kimiko ends up being real by Kimiko and both her grandparents. Ryo wants nothing of it.
