Differences from the novel

I was wondering... Even if I really liked how this season came to a close (that final chapter was easily the best in the whole series), I still felt some bits along the way felt a bit... disjointed, maybe? So if anybody has read the light novel, what did they change? what did they skip? And if they skipped something, do you thing that makes a 2nd season less likely?

Well, those are my questions. If anybody can answer them, that would be great. Tsurune ended up being a good story elevated through KyoAni's usual visual treatment, and though it was definitely not what I expected, I would definitely watch a season 2.

It's a bunch of things, really too many to list. For example the finale episodes only maintain the general structure of the novel. You may as well read it for yourself, it's quite short.

Sales are kinda low so unless a S2 was planned ahead, don't count on it.

Characters and relationships are more interesting in the novel, though the archery is better in the anime and of course you get Kyoani's sakuga.
