Season 2 unlikely. Unless you want me to spoil it otherwise reading manga is your only choice. Go to a manga site like MangaRock or Mangadex at just search for Masamue-kun no revenge and it should pop up.

No, the ending ends on a major cliffhanger than gives you an impression she could know or not know!

Yes, she does, everything is revealed, i highly recommend to read the manga, it is really short and the final chapters are really good in my opinion.
