| @Aegidrom No. The reason is, as someone earlier said in this thread, they have confused it with a Momotaro 1928 film (even IMDb). That 'Urashima Tarou' from 1918 is a lost film as Wikipedia listed there. The entry here in MAL is referring to a 1 minute film that was found and thought to be that one but it's actually another work from an unknown author that has a very similar story, that's why is listed here as 'Urashima Tarou (supposed title)'. There is no 1918 film extant unless that work which is believed to be around the same date is, in fact, from 1918. |
