Does the story continue in the manga?

According to Wikipedia, the anime adapts the entirety of the manga. However, I find this hard to believe, because it’s only 24 episodes long, and manga series with 20 or more volumes usually have much longer anime adaptations. So is Wikipedia correct or not?

The manga is far better , in the anime they changed the story
