For some reason, I got an image of Frieza flashing in my head. Some people just wants to see the world burn.

it's nothing to joke around
"If taking responsibility for a mistake that cannot be undone means death, it's not that hard to die. At least, not as hard as to live on."

Geto has been built as a great villain. This back story arc was totally worth it.

Somehow i found it amusing that Shouko is really chill about Suguru's appearance. That last panel of Gojo and Megumi's encounter, that crack me up.

I’m now seeing some of the payoff of this flashback arc. This is fantastic.

Damn, Gojo dropping some bars in this chapter. "I can only save those who are already prepared to be saved by others..."

Even though this whole flashback arc felt very abrupt at first, now that we've come full circle I feel like it was totally worth it.

The last page with Gojo and Megumi is hilarious, poor guy has to teach the kid of a guy who indirectly caused a lot of the shit.

Getou pretty much just chose the easy path
Gojo put it well, he can't save someone who wouldn't want/be prepared to be saved :\
also it just dawned on me, the white haired kid - we've seen her(?) before

^Yeah, that white hair kid does seem likely to be the person Mr. Coat Rack was referring to, though they also had a different hair colour on the back of their hair (in the anime it was red). Since there are two kids he saved at the redacted village, I wonder is said person Mr. Coat Rack mentioned are some type of fusion or something. It'll be interesting to find out the truth regardless.

I rather like how Geto just causally shows up in front of Ieiri, and the discussion with Gojo & Geto was good too. I rather liked Geto's disposition, it really stands out to me that he told Gojo "If you want to kill me, kill me. There's meaning in that too." For a few reason, for one it sort of makes him more likable but mostly because meaningful death has been theme throughout the series from chapter one. The best villains I feel need to mirror or play off the heroes in some meaningful way, and up until this chapter I wouldn't say that Geto reflected off Itadori in any meaningful way, but in this chapter, I'd say he certainly has.

They are Nanako and Mimiko, the two little girls followers of Geto in volume 0.

Well, Getou has reasoning but I agree the things that he's doing are not entirely how they should have been handled. There's always another way even if there are complications to it.

Oh boy this is the beginning of Geto’s criminal side, Gojo appeared in front of him and was against his plan to kill the non-shamans. I somehow sympathize with Geto because he wants to prove his strength but Gojo tends to allow it his own way rather than letting Geto do what he can do and I’m glad that Geto just started to focus on his own path, turning himself into a villain eventually. Geto definitely owns the organization of his own now, and obeys others like monkeys LOL, his atrocious side is showing a lot and I bet he had to rehearse those lines for 10 times so he can sound and look badass while doing it. This moment is the most emotional shit I have to go cry on because there were really good bonds that Geto and Gojo had together but due to being the fittest and such, their friendship disperse but moving on, Gojo looks like he’s trying to hire little Megumi to join his crib through his childish expression xD

Megumi is extremely chill about all that's happened even during childhood, lol. And so this lead to the events of JK 0, Getou's plan are in full swing in the present.

Gojo vs. Geto: The strongest duo finally breaks. Yaga drops the truth, Shoko sees the change, and Gojo confronts Geto in the street. Geto reveals his twisted dream: a world without curses *and* non‑sorcerers, even killing his own parents to chase it. Gojo can’t bring himself to end him. What’s your take — hesitation or heartbreak?
