| Tbh it's the most underated anime of 2017 to me. Good soundrack&opening, overall characters were sympathic&interesting (it's rare for cgdct), animation were good, same for the scenery. + Victorian Era & Steampunk = Free win It's not the best anime of the decades (or years it's the same) but it's a nice surprise from a season with lots of goods animes so anyone see Princess P. coming. And as I say victorian + steampunk it's pretty original when you see others animes settings nowadays. |
| Yeah the score is pretty high - despite the super boring plot. There are other anime with much lower score that are (at least a little bit) better - Isekai Cheat Magician for example. ;) I think the people value the visuals and soundtrack and of course a lot of hardcore otakus (main target audience of anime in general) fap to the all-female cast. That is often an easy way to get high scores on MAL. With that they can ignore the boring/episodic stuff. |
| The smaller the fandom the more love they have for the show so it's very possible that some would praise it more than it's worth. (I try my hardest to not do this but it's really hard when you love something so much yet you see little support for it) Personally, I see that it's more underrated than any other anime I've seen in a while. It is rather a strange mix of genres and characters that can get really sticky if done wrong but this show actually does them right! excepted for somethings here and there that are (in my opinion) not very important or deal breaking. If you still hadn't watched it yet I recommend you watch it with an open mind and try not to get your hopes too high. |
| You're joking? I'd never even heard of this anime until yesterday. It's been one of the few anime I have watched in awhile despite not being able to do anything I enjoy due to mental issues. I SERIOUSLY enjoyed every bit of this anime and it really got me hyped up and kept me interested for the first time in what feels like ages. This anime is underrated and deserves better. |

| Usually, if you find something at 7.60 that you think is overrated, you wouldn't give it a 6/10. Unless you have extremely low standard and a 6 is one of the worst score you would give. |
| I suppose if I only watched Shounen this series wouldn’t be for me. Since I don’t watch crap, I enjoyed this series. |
