Seeing Satomi's phallus enter a container filled with worms is a somewhat shocking thing to see. The masked guy's pierced phallus as well. Gross seeing worms still stuck to Satomi's phallus after the container falls. But holy sh*t: defecating in someone's mouth...and Satomi eats all of it. I audibly reacted multiple times during this chapter, so I suppose it gets points for shock value. Feels like Starless lite.
