Which would you prefer?
| I want to pose a question I've been thinking about lately. Index Season III ended up being a rushed piece of garbage we all want to forget happened, right? (Personally, I didn't mind it. But I couldn't help but laugh at all the cut corners and such I could see.) And we know the reasons why. One of them was that J.C.Staff had to force 9 volumes worth of material into a 2-cour season (26 episodes at most). Now since they were also working on Accelerator at the time and released it not long after Index III, I can't help but wonder. Instead of Accelerator, they could've instead focused more on Index III and used Accelerator's timeslot for a separate season dedicated to World War 3 or something. Kinda like how Sword Art Online did with Alicization and the War of Underworld seasons. But that obviously would be at the cost of even having the Accelerator anime for now if at all. So I wonder, what does everyone else think? I love Accelerator, but I would've definitely preferred a better Index III personally. |
