Hi I'm new , and I really hope someone can help me .

I lost an anime that I don't remember much of only that the character is hand was actually his friend is ' like an arm transplant or somthing'
And I think he turns completely Red when fighting ,
The world they lived in was a normal one with cars and cells , a modern world .
