Who has the best character design?

TBHK/JSHK has some vey interesting character designs like Nene with her kinda dark but cute school girl outfit and Hanako with his sailor outfit but pretty stylized.
For me I don't know if this counts but my most favorite character design is definitely the Hanako kun in the GFantasy idol group.

Hanako and Mitsuba probably have the most recognizable character designs.

In terms of good looking Teru and Akane.

I think the characters with good character designs are Yako and Mitsuba (as the new No. 3 apparition). Hanako-kun and Nene Yashiro had good character designs too.

Generally they have good character designs tho.

i think akane aoi. i love the tbhk art style. it's cute and exotic, akane aoi (the girl) has an interesting hair style. i love this anime so much

tbhk has indeed, very interesting character designs. the art style is very cute. yashiro's character design was interesting. she had thick legs (which you dont see often), ombre hair fading from cream to green, and those magatama hair clips. aoi is also a very interesting character design. you dont often see girls with their hair in two rings. hanako also has an interesting character design. from head to toe, his physical appearance is exotic.
