I've heard its not popular in japan and seeing how it kinda ended on ep 8 my expectations of s3 are super low especially knowing its been 3+ years.

Also where did the anime end on manga?

This series was very very rushed. I've read some parts of the manga and it seems that it isn't done with adapting all of season 2. The manga is more flexed in plot and has parts that are not adapted into anime (it could've been great if those parts were adapted).

currently ongoing with 16 volumes in JP release. for english, not sure, maybe 15? Kodansha must have it under progress for english release anyways.
