Shouldnt the plot be apart of the main series?

This movie was really great, but it makes me think, why didn’t they put this in the original show? If the show had an ending like the movie it would be 5x better. Still appreciate the movie though, but it would be cool having the show take a more emotional turn at the end.

Where do i watch the movie i couldnt find it on hulu or crunchy roll id like to stay away from illegal websites but if i have to watch it on one i totally will

Not attacking you but you didn't find the last part of the anime to be emotional?
I mean the Panda Kaede chan we were accustomed to did die (lost her consciousness/memory ~ equivalent to losing oneself)

I thought that was emotional but i just thought the movie should’ve been apart of the anime in cut episodes personally
