in the episode 10 Koutarou-san said mentioned he is immortal but at the end of season 1 episode 12 it showed that sakura and Koutarou-san has met in the past.

No. The bartender is immortal. Kotaro went to school with Sakura.

Kotarou is not the immortal one. That's the bartender. Kotarou probably met him after Sakura's death and then the bartender told him about being immortal and reviving the dead
