| Just an observation I wanted to share. So, obviously the Demon and the Anarchy sisters are supposed to be opposites. Scanty and Kneesocks are all about RURUs ~ (Rules) and order, while Panty and Stocking don’t give a damn about that and do whatever they want. The funny thing is how the four represent the negative sides of two supposedly good things: Well established rules/laws are good to maintain harmony between people and punish the ones who break it, but can also be used as a tool to oppression and control (like how the Demon Sisters did with the school). Freedom of choice/action/speech is good to achieve happiness and individuality, but extreme freedom would let to complete chaos and dismantle the harmony (like how the Anarchy sisters got banned from Heaven due to misbehaving and how they don’t get along with Garterbelt). Panty and Stocking and Scanty and Kneesocks are like the yin and yang. |

| This is true. You migth be better off writing/reading a review if your looking for in depth disscuion on the theming of the anime but yes I agree it's a good observation👍 |
