if ougi formula "happens AFTER the events of Hanekawa's incident with the tiger and after Hachikuji's goodbye, but BEFORE the events of the Nadeko's incident."

how come araragi knows ougi during mayoi jiangshi? the time when they talked about the traffic lights.

hachikuji's goodbye happened during shinobu time and hanekawa's incident happened in tsubasa tiger
