| Season 3 has to happen with this cliffhanger but it shouldn't be what everyone expects I don't know why, but I want this Aliens stuff to be bait just a little bit. Like the Alien part is just a Movie the Franchouchou girls are participating in now that they've reached this peak in popularity after the EFS Charity concert. Yesterday I was kinda exited at the idea of a "Idol Space Jam" but now thinking about it this can go wrong very easily. Maybe it is just bad memories of stuff like DITF and Saints Row IV making me skeptical of this decision. Even if they decide to go all "zombie balls to the wall" with this Zombies vs Aliens stuff I have a bit of faith MAPPA can pull it off but it I would still be worried a little bit. |

| It migth turn out to be just a joke, since in 2020 they did a joke saying season 2 would be about aliens vs zombies, but the possibility that it is a fake out Cliff hang and season 3 starts with the ovni being a prop of a movie or music clip or even a movie that takes that joke the joke seriously is real. |

Yeah, I also hope that Alien-thing is a joke. So far, the only unnatural and odd thing happening in this story are the zombies. Everything else is pretty much normal. Adding aliens out of nowhere just ruins the atmosphere I'd say. Also, if they are serious about the aliens, I don't see how people of Saga aren't all dead after that "independence-day" type of blast. There's no way the author would kill thousands of people just to advance plot in a weird direction, right? So, in the end, I hope that the entire alien-part is just a big troll move and in the end it'll turn out to be a part of the movie the girls are playing in. |

That UFO post-credit scene, the backstory of Tae, Kotaro bleeding, etc. I need answers to all of the above. |

| i love the cast but the whole unironic backstory thing that they have going on is already dumb & cheesy as it is they definitely should absolutely go the full mile and embrace zombieland saga in space |

| I actually think that there will be an adaptation of The First Zombie (the manga spin-off of ZLS focussing on Tae's backstory) first. but there's only like 2 chapters out at the moment so that is gonna need more material to adapt before it even gets considered for an anime. |

| Why do I get the feeling that this "Alien Invasion" ending of Season 2 just happens be a scifi film featuring Franchouchou in it. I imagine Kotaro Tatsumi made a deal with a movie director to have his idol group in the film much how he made a deal with the movie director of Dorohedoro to have his idol group be zombie extras for some of the episodes of Dorohedoro. |
