What did Irina mean by bloodlust born of love?
Does that mean Yanagisawa loved Aguri Yukimara? Or the love of reaper 2 for his sensei?

I believe it was Reaper 2 love for his sensei. As we all know, korosensei was the former Reaper, and then we find out that Reaper 2 was trying to get his attention/approval. From this, we can safely say that Reaper 2 genuinely loved Korosensei. The same goes for Korosensei. Which is why Irina stated that his bloodlust was born of love. It doesn't necessarily mean thats his motivation now, considering Reaper 2 now hates Korosensei because of it. I hope I was able to answer your question!
