| As far as I'm seeing, the manga has 39 chapters as of now and 5 eps in, the anime has covered 26 of them. This means that with the current pace, it will run out of material after episode 8. I've heard rumors about the anime being 11 eps in total, so it only makes sense they'll try to wrap it up in the remaining 3 episodes. What do you guys think? Will it go for an original ending? Will it even end this season or try to expand the story on its own, outside of the manga? |

I think they often do such projects to train their younger artists lol The artstyle is also very... freestyle so I think they just chose a series whose rights wouldn't cost a lot, they didn't pay a lot for marketing and just let their younguns imagination run wild. |

I've just began watching the anime, even though I've been skipping it this long because of reasons, and I'm loving it! Once I get hooked it's hard for me to just wait for another season to come out, so I usually get right to the source material. Now, I hear that they'll run out of source material WITHOUT even reaching those 11 episodes!!! It's infuriating!!! Why not wait some more??? The show has a lot of potential so I don't believe the author will just wrap things up in 11 episodes and move on to the next project or something... Shame... |
| Been following this anime a lot and given what this thread had said... Inb4 MAPPA's anime adaptation would be a compromised adaptation that will probably either add some new scenes for the manga and webcomic just like Akira lol |
