Is this anime and its manga good?

It seems to have a premise I like. The anime is not available to legally watch but is the manga officially available in English? And is the story good? Is the romance well written?

I cant say anything about the manga, but I love this anime. I thought the story was good and the romance is pretty good as well, it actually goes somewhere. It's my second favorite sports anime after haikyuu but I may be a bit biased since I played tennis in high school.

Some things can only be achieved through animation.
