Kobayashi Dragon Maid season 2
Beastars season 2
Odd Taxi
Those shows I can think of my head that have a better opening in my opinion than this series. It's okay don't get me wrong, but it doesn't stick out to me

Yep, imo Idaten's OP is the best of this year so far, at least until fall season comes out, however I feel that OddTaxi's and Link Click's OPs are also top tier just like the second one of JJK, not counting SNK.

If song, I think AOT Final Season is best, but this is in my top 5.
My top 5.
1. My war-AOT Final Season
2. Kaibutsu-Beastars S2
3. Vivid Vive-Jujutsu Kaisen
4. Pink Blood-To Your Eternity
5. Seija no Koushin-Heion Sedai no Idaten-tachi
If visual, this is obviously number 1.

Brilliant opening but I have a different top 5 that I think deserve that honor more

1) Sing My Pleasure - Vivy
2) ODDTAXI - Odd Taxi
3) Long shot - Re:zero S2P2
4) Sora to Utsuro - Vanitas no Karte
5) Kemono Michi - Kemono Jihen

Vivy gets best song, Odd Taxi gets best animation

Definitely one of the most catchy ops I have seen. But op of the year? Not for me. To me I would say it is megalobox s2 op. If u guys haven't watched megalobox go watch it. Underrated as hell

The OP Visuals is definitely the best we've seen all year, and is honestly a masterpiece.

The OP Song is really good as well and it builds up that hype momentum. The lyrics of the song itself is basically a telling of the saints and how they put up with war, etc. It definitely connects with the anime itself since it potrays the whole side of humanity.

The song itself is honestly subjective with how anyone views it, but it's honestly pretty catchy.

10/10 Opening

Of course people will probably find the other songs this year like Pink Blood or Cry Baby to be the best of the best, because a majority of people like to hear that emotional attachment behind a singer's voice.

both fall and winter 2021 anime season say otherwise. There were a few bangers in this season but this ain’t one of them. The song is Aight but it’s nothing to make thread about.

I decided to start this today and yeah probably the best OP I’ve seen in a long time. I normally skip OPs after an episode or two unless they really draw me in. I’ve yet to skip this one.
