So basically the whole birthday thing was skipped? Did I miss something?
Not happy with the story becoming a continuous game of sexual baiting.
Essentially this seems to just be toying with pervs but at the same time creating a very implausible situation.
It makes little sense how far Mei has gone from being very sexual and self confident in that area, to just being the most cold, no sex person ever . Being "confused" about what newlyweds say or do in regards to sexual innuendos , same as with Matsuri's joke about her as a present is just too much for me to believe.
It is one thing to make Mei "relationship clumsy", "romance beginner" and taking it step by step like she told Matsuri at some point, and another whole different thing to suddenly make her "sexually stupid" when she started as a sexual predator.

I am just not buying the whole premise.

Asides from that it is another cute chapter with more nice situations with the beloved couple, just wished there was a bit more substance to it.

It's probably unlikely as the prequel to this, Citrus, only got its first 4 out of 10 volumes adapted into an anime back in 2018, so if this sequel were to get adapted into an anime, they would probably finish adapting the prequel first. However, even that doesn't seem too likely now, as both the anime and main series ended back in 2018, and there hasn't been any news about the show continuing.
