Why is the King Aurthor here different from the Saber we know?

I didn't play the game so, I have no idea what's going on. Is King Arthur here different from the Saber from other settings? If they're the same KING ARTHUR then why does she looks so different from original Saber?

That King Arthur is a “what if”, because of King Arthur not wielding Excalibur, but instead wielding the sacred lance her physical body is actually matching her age and she is closer to be a Divine Spirit(Goddess).

in this universe bedievre didnt return Excalibur to the lake so Artoria became a wandering spirit with her holy lance still on her. After 1000 years she becomes the lance itself and does what she thinks is best. Bedievre realizing his mistake asks Merlin to give him strength so Merlin turns Excalibur into Bedievres prosthetic arm

There is 2 Movies. These scenes are vaguely shown/mentioned at the beginning of the 1st/during the 2nd.
They are clearly more explicitely detailed in the cutscenes of the Game, tho.
