It might be too specific, but is there any anime similar to how this show is portrayed in this AMV? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tsUtm2gKOS4

I like the dark fantasy this show has, but I would prefer if there was more of the dark aspects. The cute bits with Nene are fine but I'd prefer if it was more like the AMV that made me want to see the show.

Is there anything like that? (I'm only on episode 5 rn so please do not spoil the rest of it)

Tokyo Ghoul maybe. Or Parasyte and Attack on Titan. Tho these are very popular so you might have seen them already. Also, Chainsaw Man manga (or you could wait for CSM anime which will come out very soon).

Also there are a couple dark fantasy manga I'd recommend that start off light-hearted then go on to become really dark - Land of the Lustrous and Pandora Hearts (Both have anime but the anime adapts very little part of the manga)
