| That chapter was exceptional. Nailing post-battle/celebration chapters are such a big point for me in my favourite manga and Shinobu did a great job with this one. I enjoyed the battle against Yataro as well as the entire war overall between the 8 and the Uesugi Bushi but seeing the Kanemaki Bushi finally receiving recognition this chapter was even better for me ^^ After a nice chapter like this seeing the characters discuss trivial matters outside of battles I'm far more invested in this series now than I ever have been which is great with the anime now just around the corner ~ Also man that ending, it's great that we're moving straight on to the next arc and not lingering in the rosy days for too long. |
