In the Land of Leadale (light novel)
| It will probably take the same route as most other shows in the same category, like Noukin, and cut out/abbreviate the more darker elements. I doubt we will be seeing any of the more grotesque stuff. I expect that of all similar comedy geared LN adaptations and will expect it of the upcoming Management of Novice Alchemist series as well. This feels like it will be a single season and drop from there. If, by some miracle, it does get a second season and we do get to some of the darker arcs, they will probably also play down those arcs as well to a degree. No zoo with mangled humans as the attractions or bodies broken into the shapes of vases... (seriously Opus...wtf). So, to more directly answer your question, I don't think anime viewers will get the full "dark" side of things and thus keep whatever rating it has. |
