Fruits Basket, Lovely Complex, 3D Kanojo, Kimi no Todoke, Ao Haru Ride……there’re some more drama/romance anime but try these ones first.

Rikei ga Koi ni Ochita no de Shōmei Shite Mita was pretty good and funny. Season 2 coming this spring.

A lot of people offered up manga I'd recomend already, but I was wondering. Are you requesting live action dramas or anime & manga? Cause I think a lot of what's been named so far doesn't have live action versions
