Why DOESNT Ougi know about Hachikuji here even though she seems to know everything

Okay I’m not completely through this season (on ep 7) but this makes me curious. She tells araragi after Oikuras arc that she’s looking for a „lost girl“ which makes me think she looks for Hachikuji. I think she didn’t find her and that’s why she went for Nadeko. Am I missing something? I think I do since in the season 2 araragi tells the viewer after the disappearance of Hachikuji that he didn’t tell anyone but felt that Ougi is suspicious… Hmmmm. Maybe I think I got something wrong with the timeline maybe. Thanks in advance

I know this is late but I believe Ougi was chronologically introduced when Hachikuji already passed on since Owarimonogatari takes place after the events of Onimonogatari. So Hachikuji isn't really on the list of things that Ougi needs to get rid of since Hachikuji was already dealt with.
