The official website of WEAVER announced on Sunday that the piano rock band will disband in 2023 after their concert at the Kobe International House Kokusai Hall on February 26. The band explained that during the COVID-19 pandemic, they had time to reflect on the future, discussed what to do next, and decided to disband.

WEAVER originally formed in 2004 as a four-member band composed of schoolmates from Kobe High School in Hyougo Prefecture. In 2007, they became a three-member piano rock band and had their major debut in 2009. They released three studio albums, two best albums, four mini albums, and nine singles.

In 2015, WEAVER began performing anime theme songs, beginning with the opening theme for the Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo (Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches) television anime. Other anime theme songs by the band include Udon no Kuni no Kiniro Kemari (Poco's Udon World), Sakurada Reset (Sagrada Reset), and Revisions.

Stop the sequels high-ranking stupidity.
Group franchises in Top Anime page.
Because Gintama is just "one" anime and not 5.
