I was curious about the odds of a second season so I emailed Kadokawa's customer service. The response I got was ＫＡＤＯＫＡＷＡアニメサポートです。

I love the manga but it's so dialog heavy so it's better as an anime. I'd love a season 2

This show is amazing. Way better to watch than read. I watched first season and started reading manga and it just wasn’t the same. I wish this show got more love and seasons!

So I was watching episode 07 of "Shikimori-San is not just a cutie" and at the 10:02 mark there are two D-Frag! posters towards the right of the scene. One had Roka by herself and the other had Roka, Sakura, and is supposed to have Chitose but she is covered by some balloons. These posters have appeared in the D-Frag! anime as well. As Kadokawa is involved in both animes it could be a sign of things to come.
