Noticed that this is is a side story to Strike Witches. Do I need to have some context before watching this or is it completely split of from the parent show?

its set in the same universe and i highly suggest watching both strike witches and brave witches, but i believe that this will focus on the idol aspect and not fighting

I mean you could watch like the first season of strike witches just to get into the world then you should be fine

omg becoz no panties on witches series, they just give this rating to hell, why guys just waiting for bathroom and onsen scene that you can compare there is good scene too or not that you can rating after
