Anime only here, should I read the manga?

Hey guys, I've watched S1 and S2 of Mob and loved it. I know S3 is coming out soon, but after that I'll probably be keen to read the manga.

A couple questions:
- Is the manga good?
- How much further does the manga go? Is it finished?

Season 3 is the last season so the manga should be completed

The manga has 4 more volumes unadapted, and Season 3 will cover until the end of the manga. The manga is great, but seeing as the anime is so close I would probably recommend just watching the anime when it releases.

After season 3 the manga should be fully adapted so there will be no need to read the manga, unless you just want to experience the whole thing in another medium afterwards.

If you plan on only reading from where the anime left off, it's not worth it it's only a few chapters. However if you read from the beginning it's 100% worth it.

With the recent leaks I must say that Mob Psycho 100 is one of that 1/100000 anime that have all the seasons equally great or even better than the last and both openings and endings are some of the best of ALL TIME. That's an anime that if it went full #1 on MAL I wouldn't complain, but I get it's not for everybody (let's be honest, no show is. Even if Berserk got a perfect adaptation in anime, it would still have people who would just don't like it or even hate it. That's just how it is.)

I read the manga because I just loved the story too much and didn’t want to risk getting spoiled but honestly if your not worried about getting spoiled you should just wait cuz this season is just gonna portray the story better than the manga in every way

i m waiting for s3 . i could have read the manga long time ago but decided to wait (maybe because of my habit of reading from the start even though i have watched quite some parts animated but nvm) cuz why not. u get peak animation .

You can always read the source material, but seriously the anime’s previous 2 seasons were top tier and I expect nothing less of S3

I would recommend waiting at this point. The manga is absolutely incredible and charming in its own way, but the adaptation is godly.. may as well wait for it.

season 3 airing this fall so there is not much time left and also it will probably be the last season and will adapt the manga to it's entirety. Manga is good but the anime IMO is levels better. So the question to your answer, watch the anime when it releases.

Honestly the anime might just add more action and clarity to the manga while going over all of its story. The only thing I could recommend is the short comics and comments ONE makes throughout the manga.
