I did look at ur original post a bit and realize you said "any characters" and not just the mc...
most of the actual antagonists are very messed up, some in that kinda self depreciating way... that being said, the show doesn't glamorize the fact or try to make it funny, they depict it as, well, disturbing and disgusting. Also, at one point the mc does seem to just let anyone do as they will with him, but there is a reason, he isn't a masochist who is happy ab it, it's strategic.

It's a harem that definitely has some h*ntai elements, but the main focus is sweet revenge, which I thought was a nice new feel instead of "don't kill anyone, forgive them" mentality most shows have.
lmk what you think if u watch it! I enjoyed it but it's definitely not everyone's cup of tea.

The show itself is half hentai so you wouldn't want to watch it with your family. And the most disturbing part is probably ep 1 and half of ep 2.

When you get past that point, the anime is pretty decent and refreshing in some departments.
