Joker Game meets Lycoris Recoil?

Both the PV and MAL's synopsis don't seem to specify what the stories will be about, but I felt like they will try to have the spy elements of a good spy anime Joker Game and add waifu material from something like Lycoris Recoil. I hope I'm wrong, but I would like this to have a good story.

It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

It's mission impossible but with a team of female spies in training that flunked out of their respective schools. They all have individual talents they excel at but they are all also very flawed. The male leader is kinda like Batman borderline unbeatable with prep time. As of volume 4 there is zero romance in this so while the main character is surrounded by women he isn't interested in them like that. This series also doesn't shy away from violence and touching on darker themes at times.

To me the best part of it is at the beginning he gives them all an assignment to try take him down and seeing all the ways the team tries to do that. They do some pretty wild stuff to complete that mission. Many times they do things I'd consider going way too far that would normally get someone killed pretty quick.
