It is still unknown on when the release date will be. However, the first progressive movie released internationally a few months after it came out in Japan. We can expect it to be around December/January

It's not showing in Puerto Rico. We got other anime movies, but not this one? Is this one a limited run in some places only?

Oddly enough, it seems that the 1st SAO Progressive movie did at least have a limited 5-day run here in PR back in December 2021 (I found a Facebook post advertising it, but i missed it back then), only like a month or two after it started its theater run in Japan.

So yeah, I also find it strange how there seems to be no word yet on whether it'll show here or not. Maybe Progressive 1 didn't sell well enough over here to justify bringing the 2nd one? Or maybe they're saving it for the next Lusca Film Fest's event lineup? Who knows?
