How do you think the adaptation will turn out ? How many cours will it have ?

I have only read the manga version so I guess I don't have much say but, I've been a fan for the past few months and I have pretty good expectations for it. If I use MAL ratings I would say at worst a 7/10 or 6.9 and at best it will be a 8.2/10 show.

Edit (11/20): just started the LN it's better than the manga

I am not expecting too much from it as sometimes it can lead to disappointment..
I would say above average.

But considering how "Eminence in shadow", the ongoing anime which has a similar story setup to berserk of gluttony, turned out ; I say that it will also turn out to be good. Fingers Crossed

Read the manga still halfway through long time ago and dropped it. Everyone should notice two main characters greatly resembling Kirito and Asuna from SAO (there is even Klein look alike too). I think will watch it when it aired. Why not.

Considering the source was good.... until it wasn't, first season will turn out fine if they can properly adapt it.

the manga was fun, but it fell off of a cliff after not a particularity long time. Maybe this adaptation can do better.

It's probably going to get the one season then leave the minds of everyone for two years before coming back with another season. I don't think the animation will be bad but the story and it's pacing will probably leave a lot of room for improvement.
