I like her "absolute logic," but the problem is that I don't know how to describe this phenomenon. I know another heroine who resembles her in terms of dialogue and voice - Mayuko from the anime "Sola".

These two heroines look extremely logical to me. I would describe my feelings about these heroines with this statement:
Model consistency of character- Solid trust can develop only when people can trust you all the time.
They talk about subjects and events, that is, they tend to tell the event or subject as it is, without evaluating it. They speak in a calm confident voice and show a serious attentive face if they are asked a question by others. In general, they react instantly and never ignore those around them.

What do you call this behavior?

I probably dropped Chobits before getting to see her or do not remember her at all. So I do not know.

Mei Misaki from Another and Enma Ai from Jigoku Shoujou are good examples of kuudere.

To some extend Roberta from Black Lagoon and Ranko Manner from Akibe Maid Wars as well.

CC is kuudere as well but she is a complex character, could be hard to understand unless you watch full Code Geass and understand everything.

kuudere mieans calm and reserved girl.

Well, they're really kudere, but they have a kind of special language, a style of speech that makes them be neutral (because they're just talking about something, without trying to impose or edify) compared to the other characters.

I don't see any bias in them and their style of thinking is, how shall I put it...it's mutually connected facts. They don't talk people and feelings, they see everything through the lens of mechanisms, most other female characters just can't do that, outside of the detective genres.

I think it's hard to see the peculiarities of thinking without training. That is, it essentially doesn't matter what the character is talking about, what matters is how he or she does it.
Kotoko and Mayuko talk about feelings (or any other things) as objects and events. A classic character, whether he's a Kudere or a Tsundere, relies on feelings and his dialogues are imbued with a preconceived, evaluative attitude towards everything.

For example:
Girl: Say, Takeshi.
Boy: Don't call me Takeshi! "Tsujidou" sounds much cooler!
Girl: Takeshi is easier to pronounce than Tsujidou.
Boy: You know... that's not the point!
Girl: Okay then.
Boy: Huh?
Girl: Then you'll call me "Mayuko."
Boy: ? No... that's not what I meant... That's exactly why you don't have any friends.
Girl: And do you have any friends, Takeshi?
Boy: I...
The girl could have called the boy a fool, she could have been embarrassed, silent, preachy, but no, she didn't. She simply stated the correct course of action in terms of logic.
Outside of detectives, again, very few heroines think that way. I like that particular feature of their character.  I don't know how to describe this characteristic briefly and articulately so that I can find characters with this kind of thinking just outside of the detective genre.

@Nagi_Karman what you described is what should be called kudere.

because if she complains and criticizes, she is tsundere

if she is quiet and shy, she is dandere

if she is neutral, calm reserved and objective then she is kuudere
