low rating?

I just watched the first episode and liked it. The CGI was a little off-putting at first because I couldn't tell at some parts if they were using actual live footage lol. Overall when they used CGI it was clean.

Besides that, I just want to know why the rating for this anime is so low already. I don't know if the animation turned people away but it's really not that bad. The CGI reminded me of Land of the Lustrous. Maybe I'm overthinking this, thoughts?

same thoughts mate. It was clean CGI and the music was great too. it's Cloverworks, so the entire episode had pretty decent animation. I liked the entire episode but this low rating is not fair at all! I don't know what happened to the anime community in this season. Trigun Stampede got its first episode aired(it was really good CGI, Orange after all) and it has a low rating too!

Don't fuss over mal ratings lol

Most idol animes tend to have lower rating because of generalization
