Yo, I'm following 3- gatsu no Lion manga and just wanted to know, if anime adaptation is any better than Original!

The anime literally adapts based on manga chapters. Look at the episode list. I haven't seen any other anime do that.

Add to that top quality production.

Subjective.

But the music alone is so beautiful and emotional, that I would think it alone elevates the Series to another level. 
It just fits the tone of the Show so well and makes every sad or profound scene hit even harder, I think.

The song “Whereabouts” alone makes the anime better.

The music, and direction, and the top tier production makes the anime better in my opinion, the manga still amazing tho, watch the First 2 seasons and them continue on the manga, i think this is the best way to experience 3-gatsu
