She is saying how she is better than them, and she knows that, so she's bragging about it.

Not that hard to understand

The original dialogue is, with some leeway:

A: じゃ、僕は好きにやらせてもらうんで。
Well then, as for me, I'll let myself do as I wish.
or , more naturally,
Well then, I'll do it my way.
note: 僕 (boku) is considered a boyish way of referring to one self.

B: ちょっ!
Wait!

A: その方が効率いいし、チーム全体に貢献できるよね。
This way it's more efficient, and (I) can contribute to the whole team, right.

C: あいつ、一番優秀だからって
That girl, just because (she is) the most outstanding / the best (she wants to do it her way).
あいつ (aitsu) is a gender-neutral derogatory term.

by the way, is the translation from the picture given from Crunchyroll? probably not, but.

edit: added some notes, not that it matters too much but.

You can buy lossless digital music from your favorite Japanese artists on https://ototoy.jp/.
The songs are all DRM-free and you can re-download your purchased albums as you wish.
Show your support to your favorite artist if you can!
ps. if you are looking for Japanese albums, you have to search it in Japanese (not romaji). Just copy and paste the name.

except that's not what it was said at all. I'm almost sure this comes from a pirate source because there's no way Crunchy would give this kind of translation.

This show isn't licensed by Crunchyroll, it's Sentai.

And I watched it on Hidive, and the subs were like that.

Also, the person doing the translation for the anime is the same person who did the translation for the LN and manga, and also he is quite an open guy on social media, so you could quite literally ask him yourself if you have any doubts.

huh. that's surprising, but at least it wasn't Crunchyroll. maybe he just wanted to add a little humor in the translation?
this is yet another example why using English translations for learning Japanese is a bad idea.

I don’t think so.

In the LN, Monika is quite arrogant, and she express many times how she thinks she is better than all her teammates.

And her teammates can’t deny that she is in fact better than them.
