 Hakuhodo DY Music & Pictures opened an official website for a television anime adaptation of Maybe's Kekkon Yubiwa Monogatari (Tales of Wedding Rings) manga on Tuesday, revealing the main cast.Gen Satou (Yofukashi no Uta) and Akari Kitou (Tonikaku Kawaii) are starring as Haruto Satou and Krystal Novaty Nokanatika, respectively. Maybe began serializing the fantasy romance manga in Monthly Big Gangan in March 2014. Square Enix shipped the 12th volume in March 2022, with the 13th volume scheduled to be released on January 25. The manga has a cumulative 1.3 million copies of its volumes in circulation. Crunchyroll began releasing the manga digitally in May 2015. Yen Press licensed the manga in English in July 2017 and released the 11th volume in September 2022. Synopsis Satou has been in love with his childhood friend and neighbor, Hime, ever since she and her grandfather appeared out of nowhere 10 years ago. Now a dazzling, yet mysterious high school beauty, she makes it more and more difficult for him to confess his feelings. As the anniversary of their first meeting is nearing, will he muster up his courage to transform their friendship into something more? Or will an entirely different fate await this tightly bonded pair?
