So after watching Episode 4 it looks like the first 3 episodes are what should have been the last 3 episodes of this season but instead was the 3 episodes of the beginning of the anime and now they’re going back to show us the training that happened before the “Impossible Mission” it’s interesting they did that but it made things confusing and it made me wonder what if when this season ends someone will edit the anime in a more chronological order of what it should have been like so that maybe we could have enjoyed the anime better I would do it myself but I’m not good with editing but I’d love to see someone re-edit this anime once it finishes airing so I can get an idea of what this season should have been like

If they edited it, it would be a totally different story. Many anime’s follow this kind of approach so if they did put it in what you consider should be the chronological, or “correct” if you will, order then you’d probably end up with another confusing part or 2 because they made the anime with the knowledge of how they were going to flip flop in mind.

Do you wanna get sued? lol (I mean, if you don't have the rights and you fan-edit it lmao)

I don't know much about it (jk) but it's protected by some law (serious) unless it's created from the same studio? or probably if there's a reboot? well, there's a better vids out there to explain your question as your question was already asked a bunch of times in the past...

like the above one said, this kind of non chronological order is the way most anime does it.
i.e. First ep." introduction of characters" then some along the way, they give some "background stories" from the past. Yes, it usually happens.

It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

People have done re-edits in a better order for other things cause I guess it counts as “fan made edit” there’s a group doing an edit for One Piece called “One Pace” that’s editing the entirety of OP to be more accurate to the manga so they basically take out al the filler and condense everything to make more sense without all the unnecessary filler. And I know this isn’t anime but someone did the same for the Obi-Won Kenobi show where they took all 6 episodes and cut out all unnecessary scenes/filler and made the show from a show to a 2 hour movie

As I said, as long as you don't have the authority & rights given to you (I'm not a lawyer or anything similar), one shouldn't do such things... obviously... right...?!

Well, if you don't have them, you get penalized.

It doesn’t count cause they’re not making money off it it’s just simply to give fans a better experience if that was the case then people would be getting sued for AMVs, Tik Tok edits, and Fan Art but like I said it’s just fab made so there’s no reason for anyone to get sued as long as they’re not making money off someone else’s work I’ve seen people do edits for things in a better order like I said One Piece and Obi-Won Kenobi have gotten edits with rearranged scenes and without filler so that it can give people a better experience of what it should have been like all I’m asking if someone would do the same just re-edit this anime to give people an idea of how it would be if it was in chronological order cause it just seemed weird and confusing the way they did it for this anime I understand it’s something that’s been done before we’re they explain a big event then go back in a flashback arc right explain what lead to that moment it just felt rushed watching the first 3 episodes it left me confused with the way they did it is all I’m saying

I doubt anyone who'd do it unless they have a ton of passion to do it for the series... simple as that but if you're just creating a thread to roll call someone who would do it then... that's a different matter entirely...

It simply depends on either the source or the production or probably both or neither to actually get a wonderful experience off of this. Anyway, just wait for the series to finish and decide again if you want something more from the series or simply read the source (as most LN readers said, generally speaking) if you want more fun out of the story.

P.S. Whether they make profit or not is not my call to say it. As I've said, that's probably too much for this forum iirc...

if you watched Peachboy Riverside. That anime was aired out of order.

Sometimes they take this approach by jumbling events to make them more appealing or mysterious, take Kara no Kyoukai for example, they made the continuation of the second film the 7th to build up more on the characters and the suspense.
I haven't read the LN, so I don't know what to expect, so I like this anime very much.

Technically you don't really need to edit.

Just have to wait til the series or season is finished then watch the episodes as chronological order instead of release order.

There has been some other series that did the same as this that shows episodes out-of-order to create "suspense" (tho it sorta loses the "build up").

Personally I don't mind watching it in release order, just have to treat it as a "anti-climax" style anime.

You see, unlike Peachboy Riverside, the adaptation was paced like this on purpose. I went deeper into it on the thread of episode 3, but for non spoiler purposes, I'll only say that this direction they decided to take is quite unique and fits the spy theme well once you understand it. Of course, they could of formatted it better, but I'm impressed with the veil they accomplished.

The only purpose for this out of order story telling I can see, is that they wanted
And considering it was a lack luster twist at best, I'd have just preferred it in order, and taken the chance to get to know the girls before the big mission. Because as it happened, I didn't care at all about any of the girls during the "super dangerous impossible mission" because I didn't even know half their names by that point, let alone anything about them that would make me care.

Completely agree, super dangerous mission but if one of them died, who would care?
And now that the mission is over why are they giving me the previa of the mission if I already know how's the mission going to end?
I haven't read the LN and don't know if this decisions are important in the future, but as far as episode 5, it's nonsense
