I watched this because I like horror but the first arc was so boring and just felt like I was reading a shoujo manga regardless it’s from the same creator of shiki so i thought it would be good but is it actual horror and do people die in this series

yeah first arc was boring
but things will change next arcs
there will be some horrer moments and good ghosts arc
wo wont regret it for sure its really good anime

it's one of my fave animes. one of the arcs is so creepy it's absolutely amazing I wish this had another season ngl but I think I read somewhere that the anime covered the Manga but I could of remembered wrong

The first arc is probably the weakest arc. There are a couple of truly creepy arcs in this series that makes it worth the time to watch it through.

Yes there’s a horror moments and creepy characters. One of my favorite anime you will love the male lead.

My impression of this series was not bad, but it felt like a mystery more than horror. But its story was pretty interesting in its own way. You'll find the clearance of the relations between FL &ML & his dead brother in the extended manga version ( a sequel ).
