Sub or Dub?

I've seen clips of both sub and dub. While dub is a miss for most anime's, i thought it was pretty good for this one ( the pencil eating scene ). Does the rest of the series have the same level of humour or does it not live up to the sub?

imo the Manga is better and funnier because the delivery of the punchlines through reading is good

typically I watch anime in sub but watched this in dub, thought it was pretty good throughout

I often find comedy anime better in dub when available as the delivery of a punchline is often about good timing. Something that can be hit and miss when reading subtitles as you might read such a punchline before it’s actually delivered. Also a dub can tweak the script slightly to better land a joke in English, if that makes sense.

Both options are viable of course but this is certainly a show that is very good in dub.

I haven’t seen the dub ver but I did enjoy it subbed
