| I loved this chapter. One of my favourite parts of Ohtaka Shinobu's other works is how she interweaves romantic subplots within the main characters adventures and I really wanted to see Kojiro find someone after all the focus Musashi's relationships got in previous arcs. Hopefully him and Tama will have some interesting interactions as the story develops. Immediately upon meeting her she felt like she would be a part of the Kanemaki bushi to me so learning she doesn't fit in and that even her brother doesn't approve of her doing the things she enjoys is a good sign that she might part ways with the Hojo clan. The castle was super weird btw It's a really cool design but honestly I think certain panels could've been a bit more detailed like the opening shot of the castle before the jaws before the entrance opened. Not too much of a criticism I just felt like it would've been a good time to flex her artistic talent a bit. |
