I think he's unusual mad hatter, if he can be unusual. x'D
Not crazy, as usually, but more normal. He isn't standard mad hatter (although he likes tea :D), at least I have this feeling.
Anyway in the beginning I don't very like him, but now I think he isn't bad. Or he is bad as befits hatter, but in a good sense of the word. ;D

I wait soooo long, because I had no idea at all what I think about Blood. Probably now is the right time to write ;D
As Daika-san said, he definitely is unusual Mad Hatter, he isn't as mad as Mad Hatter can be. But even if he seems pretty normal, like an ordinary man, somehow he is dangerous, and every time when he appear, I feel some kind of scary aura around him ^^
