Can somebody explain the post credits scene?

I watched this second and the other one first. I think I understand everything well enough besides the post-credits scene of this one, I’m not too sure if i’m just looking too far into it but I’m really confused about the interaction between young Hidaka and Shiori, that’s all.

I believe that it’s their consciousness time shifting I watched this one first and the other one second and that’s what I’ve determined.

My Order: Kimi > Boku
According to me his consciousness (Kimi) helped Shiro consciousness (Kimi) to do time slip & merge in this new version (Boku) but in that his consciousness (Kimi) was lost but it still kept some traces of him (Kimi) in new ones consciousness (Boku).

Note - 1: Shiro (Boku) doesn't have all the memories of the Kimi version, But he coming to meet her there made her relief that her first love didn't die. (Only Losses memory according to her.)

Note -2: Shiro doesn't know that he is her first love, but she has a vague idea that he is some one precious & she saved him full-filling her promise.

Note - 3: Sone traces I talked about is that he feels good meeting shiro even though he doesn't know who shiro was.

Note - 4: Only people who know about this every thing is kazune (Kimi), Kazune (Boku, From Letter of Kimi Version).

That's just the young them being at peace with how they were still able to meet at the possible end of their life fullfilling their promise
