Yeah, could be an attempt at that, but then you run into the problem the OP has stated: how does march come in at all? In what sense? Idk, I haven't read the rest of the story, maybe something really important happens regarding either the city or the month of March |

| It's a phrase. March usually starts out cold signifying a treacherous roar( like a lion's)and ends with hot, gentle weather(like a lamb). |
