I've also made this thread on the other one. The people on the forum have tricked me with the reverse watch order. As a result I couldn't enjoy the story properly. As proof, there was a cliffhanger on 'Boku' and then they made 'Fin' on 'Kimi'.

I've already watched many sad anime movies but, I've found out the correct order of these movie later later.
Watching boku first kimi later is better imo.

Yes, I agree! Because I prioritized the Romance Story, so I chose to Watch Boku first and then Kimi.

Whichever order you choose, you will end up liking the first movie better than the second one.

That said I feel pink one should be watched first because blue one spoils the entire plot of pink one, just loses all the emotional weight it carries.

Some will say the pink does the same for the blue one but whatever they show it’s just the generic life of a couple, they still hide the main plot points of blue one whereas as the blue one spills shiori’s fate.

I liked pink one more it clarifies the question I had in the first movie. I think the makers also wanted us to watch the movies Blue to pink. After the 2nd movie ended they showed finished.

Well I went with pink then blue (obviously I don’t know the impact of watching it the other way round) but I feel like it wouldn’t have impacted me as much if I watched blue first as I don’t think I would have got as invested into the characters if I hadn’t watched pink first . But as I can never go back to try it blue first I will never know still very much enjoyed the story.
