The reason I'm wondering is that once Nana goes into power-up mode her hair turns white just like how Ray/Iceblades hair turns white before he goes full-power.

Edit: If this is the case, couldnt Iceblade be one of the seven spellblades the (English) title refers to?

Nope look at the authors. In that Anime they literally tell u the 7 most powerful people. Plus that one is clearly set in a more Modern time. Not Harry Potter style.

Have not read Iceblade Sorcerer. Don’t remember seeing the author mentioning Iceblade Sorcerer.

I only know that the author is a fan of Demon Sword Master Of Excalibur Academy.

Nanao hair became white due to high magic circulation if I recall correctly.
Spellblade is a technique that cannot be parried.

Has been more than a year since I read LN volume 1. Lol

I dont know why hair turning white specifically makes you think that,
this is actually a tokyo ghoul prequel, its ken kanekis cousin that went magic school /s

But both series do have the a similar background of there are 7 super sorcerors/mages whatever around and i guess theyre both set in school but thats fairly common.
but no theyre not the same or related

No relations at all. It is similar to Harry Potter. Also Mashle there too, magic academy with students like Hogwarts and its faculties.

Every time I watch the movies, I cry like Daniel, Emma and Rupert like there were in their final day of filming. I watched the first movie also at 11 years, the same age as were the main trio. It was unbelievable experience for me, like I was also in that wonderful world of magic. Despite that many amazing people who starred in movies died I still enjoy them again and again.

Even now I still miss all these heartful moments so much...
